NDAs ‐ confidentiality undertakings

All people involved in designing, developing and prototyping the board game should sign a confidentiality undertaking.

The confidentiality undertaking should:

  • prevent your developers from: (i) disclosing your idea to others; or (ii) "stealing" your idea (i.e. using it without your permission); and
  • assign to you all intellectual property developed.

We suggest that you use the free, customisable confidentiality agreement available at SuperNDA. The Super NDA is particularly suited to protect new products.

These confidentiality undertakings will likely expire on the day you sell your first board game. So, ensure that your Patent Pending Number and Design Pending Number applications are filed before this date.
